Entries will be accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the competition period.
A valid commitment-free quote is a quote received by King Price that isn’t older than 30 days with a minimum premium of R450 (non-King Price clients) or any additional cover added to your existing policy (King Price clients).
You’re only allowed to enter once.
Who can enter:
Anyone who’s over 18 and is a SA citizen or permanent resident with a valid ID.

1. General
1.1 By entering any HartiesFM competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 HartiesFM reserves the right to amend, update, or cancel any competition at its discretion without prior notice.
1.3 All competitions are open to residents of South Africa unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old unless the competition specifies otherwise.
2.2 Employees of HartiesFM, its affiliates, sponsors, or advertising agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry
3.1 Entries must be submitted in the manner specified for each competition (e.g., online form, phone call, social media, or SMS).
3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
3.3 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prizes
4.1 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
4.2 HartiesFM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
4.3 Winners are responsible for any costs associated with claiming or using the prize (e.g., travel, taxes) unless otherwise stated.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Winners will be selected at random or as specified in the competition rules.
5.2 HartiesFM’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.
5.3 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving their prize.
6. Publicity
6.1 By entering a competition, participants agree that HartiesFM may use their name, image, or voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
